In 2014, together with my father, Roberto, we decided to become wine growers on Mt. Etna because it is a territory with great wine potential, and that is where our ancestors family had their roots. It is a great joy to have the opportunity to make the wine that bears the name of my family in this area that was awarded UNESCO heritage protection.
The autochtonous grapes that make up this wine are Carricante , Catarratto and Minnella. In its youth it expresses in
purity the peculiarities of the Etna terroir , giving fresh aromas of citrus and crunchy yellow berry fruit. The great evolutionary
capacity enriches it over time with very complex and fascinating aromas
