TASTING NOTE:

A classic southern French organic red blend of 60% Syrah, 20% Grenache and 20% Carignan - this wine is a pure expression of true varietal character: aromatic; with peppercorn (spicy), candied fruit and blackcurrant notes from ageing in stainless steel tanks prior to bottling. This wine will complement beautifully any charcuterie, grilled meats, weeknight supper and ripened cheeses. Serve lightly chilled in the summer.
