EXPRESION TINTA DE TORO 2019

D.O. TORO

THE PROJECT: Since his childhood Ivan has been working the vineyards, understanding the grape and their development and making wines in a traditional way. After training and learning the techniques for a natural and perfect elaboration Ivan is now ready to express his own vision about the

authenticity of an exclusive product of a unique terroir and variety as TINTA

DE TORO.

If I aim to produce an outstanding wine I need to start up with outstanding grapes. This is the point at which the Ivan of Algil Bodegas started up 2 years ago when he decided to leave everything and create his own winery. Ivan Alonso nowadays controls the family vineyards with an average age in between 20 to 80 years old.
